Bucket Repair - returned in "like new" condition
Buckets received for repair are carefully inspected, and a repair quotation is provided. Unless requested to do differently, the repair quote is based on returning the bucket in a “like new” condition. Every repair bucket is serialized for a permanent record of the work done. Repair costs generally average $550 to $850.
For a $30 charge, at the customer’s request, we will dispose of an unrepairable bucket.

Boom Repair - structurally & dielectrically tested
Booms received for repair are visually inspected by a Certified Composites Technician. Then, if necessary, the appropriate piece of analysis equipment is used to further define the boom’s condition. This may be a structural test, a dielectric test or a conductivity analysis. The boom may need to be pressure washed inside before doing a dielectric test. A recommendation and quotation is then provided to the customer. We try to put ourselves in our customer’s shoes in making a repair or replacement recommendation, but we will not compromise if our judgment is that a boom should be replaced. Every repaired boom is serialized for permanent reference.
In our high-bay area, we can often repair, refinish and repaint booms without removing them from the truck. We can then retest the aerial manlift in accordance with ANSI A92.2.
