Polyethylene Bucket Liners for Fiberglass Buckets
A bucket liner is a polyethylene plastic product that fits the inside of a fiberglass bucket and provides improved insulation protection for the user and damage protection for the bucket.
New bucket liners are tested and certified at 50 or 70kV ac in accordance with ANSI Standard A92.2. PCC’s bucket liners are guaranteed for two years absent abuse or damage to the liner.
Bucket liners should be periodically (normally annually) retested. ANSI A92.2 calls for a 35kV ac test for original 50kV liners that have been in use. Our price for this retest is $50 unless the liner fails and we sell a replacement, in which case there is no charge.
We maintain an inventory of the popular sizes of bucket liners and can normally ship them the day ordered.
PCC has recently developed a unique non-slip material that chemically bonds to the floors of bucket liners. This application does not affect the dielectric function of the liner and is a much better way of providing slip-resistance to a liner than the traditional use of “scuff pads” for the bottom of liners.
